New Elementary School and Middle School Campus Development
This new Grosebeck Elementary and Middle School expansion is located in Groesbeck, Texas within Limestone County. This project provided the school district with a new 102,700 square foot elementary and middle school building. this project included the design of 3,100 linear feet of 8" water main, 1,100 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, and 4,900 linear feet of storm sewer to include a subfloor drainage system located beneath the new school building. two new access drives and four parking lots with 437 parking spaces were designed to accommodate the parking needs and to provide additional parking for the existing middle school. This project also necessitated the design of two on-site storm water detention ponds and new drainage channels to improve existing campus drainage.

Priamry tasks performed include: Providing overall site drainage analysis, site grading plan, site dimensions plan, utility and storm sewer design, and detention pond analysis for the new building, access drives, parking lots and drainage improvements.
